Weddings, weddings, and more weddings

Busy, busy, busy... is what I have been! Not only have I been busy with the shop, end of school, and just life in general, but it is wedding season! Starting April 28, I will have had 8 weddings in 6 weeks, with two of those being in the very same weekend! Crazy, yes, But I have loved every minute of it. These are a few pictures of the most recent wedding that I have edited. Clayton and Vicky had a gorgeous wedding at Patton's in Slidell. The rain held off and we were able to have the ceremony outdoors. You can view all of theirs and previous weddings on my website. msmemoriesphotography.com

I have two more in June and then I will be able to catch my breath!

Our new addition

Legs Hunt joined the family this week. One of Jason's friends was getting rid of him because he killed his chickens! I laughed... a weiney dog killing chickens? funny! Anyway, their chicken killer became our pet and we love him! He is the best natured little dog. The kids absolutely love him.

Josh's 30th Birthday Party

We had Josh a 30th birthday party. He knew about the party with his friends and all, but we surprised him with all the family getting there early and a slideshow. He loved it! I can't believe that we are all turning 30. It just doesn't seem real! Time goes by so fast... :(
Some of the cousin girls: Lacie, Me, Jess, Summer, and Allie
Devin (with baby Trac), Summer (with baby ?), Laurin, and Pam

It is in the water around here right now and I am NOT drinking it!! HA!

We were so tired, but it was worth it!

We had several things to happen, but we pulled it off! We had a great time and Josh loved every minute of it!

My little Kindergarten Grad

Kallie had her Kindergarten graduation on May 15. It was such a cute little program. They sang songs that they had learned throughout the entire year. She was so proud!
She had just found her daddy in the crowd!

This is her asst. teacher, Mrs. Jimmie. We LOVED Mrs. Jimmie. She and Kallie's nanny were good friends in high school, so Kallie liked hearing stories!

Kallie and her teacher, Mrs. Franklin. She was such a wonderful teacher. I am sad that Kallie will not have her next year.

We told her that we would take her to have lunch where she wanted. So... you can probably guess that we ended up at McDonalds!

Mama, the coach

Well, I took on T ball coach this year! It was awesome, I loved every minute of it!! And, yes, it may be T ball, but we are there to WIN! HA! It was a great year, we ended up being number 1 and I am proud to say that every one of the girls on my team ended the year hitting coach pitch. No T neccessary! Kallie really enjoys ball and she is a very good hitter, and she can field the ball WHEN she is paying attention. We are going to have to work on the attention thing before next year because we get to move up!

Here she is with her little best friend, Callie Rashae.

So, we just sold our house and moved in with my parents. It has taken some getting used to, but I don't think it is going to be so bad. Hopefully, it won't be for too long. We think we have found some land, but just trying to pray about it to make sure that is what God wants for us. While Jason and I are READY for our own place again, the kids are loving every minute of staying with nanny and papa! I think we may have to leave them when we do get ready to move out!

My Blessings

Okay, so I haven't blogged in about a year, so I will start off with a few updates. Hayden is 2 1/2 and full of energy! He makes us laugh every day at his little developing personality. He is such a mess! Kallie is 6 and just finished Kindergarten at PRCLE. She made the Honor Roll for the entire year and was also an advanced reader! She is my clone and I see it more and more each day (bless her heart). She is something else! I am so blessed in my life and yet so unworthy. God has been so good to me and my family and I pray that I can be more of what he wants me to be!
